Happy fourth of July everybody! Days in the Arts is celebrating our nation's holiday in style. Tonight we are at Tanglewood to see country star, LeAnn Rimes in concert. Monday was great, after orientation, we got ourselves settled in our rooms and then had a delicious lunch. The afternoon was a chance to get started in our arts workshops and creative expression classes. After dinner, we played new games with our new friends as a"get to know you." The CITS did a wonderful job leading the games and making sure we were having a wonderful time. After we played new games for an hour we headed in to the Kellogg Music Center to sing with Phil. Phil taught us some of the essential Darts songs for the week and by the end the night we were all officially Darties! We will post pictures soon...once we get a moment to breathe!
